Our Story
My path to Peak Warrior Wellness started long before I sold a single product. I began my career as a medic in the military, then spent years as a paramedic and firefighter, and eventually rose to firefighter chief for a large oil company, leading teams through some of the highest-pressure environments there are. Over 20 years, I saw firsthand what happens when people push their bodies and minds to the limit without a real plan to recover from it, and I saw what happens when they do.
That is the lesson I carried out of that career and into this one: recovery is not something you fit in when you have time. It is the discipline that lets you keep performing at the level you have worked your whole life to reach. The people I served alongside who lasted, who stayed sharp, who kept showing up, were the ones who treated their wellness as seriously as their work.
